The Australian Dairy Ingredient Reference Manual is a comprehensive technical guide to using Australian dairy ingredients in key Australian export markets. First released in 2005, the manual is currently in its third edition.
I completed the initial layout of the 344-page manual using the Dairy Australia's "Thrive Together" branding, which is an extension of the Dairy Australia brand for the International market.
